Function introduction and features:

1Supports RS485 and ISM band wireless communication.

2RS485 communication rate 38400-8-n-1, wireless communication frequency 430-500Mhz, transmission power 10dBm, frequency error <10ppm, annual aging rate <5ppm. The communication distance in open outdoor areas is 200 meters, while the indoor communication distance varies from 50 meters to 150 meters depending on the environment; supports 7 wireless frequency band settings.

3Supports a maximum of 7-digit variable-length queue numbers, automatically updates the number of people waiting, caller address range 1-255;

421 keys, complex functions can be achieved through the reuse key (SHIFT), can input 26 English characters and a decimal point, and can be defined for different applications according to customer needs;

5Has a call transfer function, can transfer to a window or queue (caller optional);

6The caller records the numbers called by this caller in a loop, can query the called numbers through the keyboard and redial the selected number.

7Has a timeout reminder function, the server software can set a processing time for each queue number. When the service personnel's processing time exceeds the set time, the caller's buzzer will beep twice every few seconds to remind the service personnel to improve work efficiency and reduce customer waiting time.

8Supports input of 26 English letters and all numbers.

9High reliability, the entire hardware and software design has been verified and improved over 10 years, making it quite mature and reliable. Each caller is powered separately to avoid short circuit burning issues common with general bus power supply.

10Can communicate directly with the evaluator or communicate with the touch LCD evaluator through the network, working in conjunction with the evaluator to achieve a one-to-one evaluation function, and can trigger the evaluator to enter the homepage, pause service, and other interactive displays.

11Help function, notifies the server to play a help voice signal, notifying hall management personnel to assist window staff with work matters.

12Has a custom key message function (by pressing the shift key plus other function keys), achieving other special extended functions;

13Has common functions such as login, sign out, sequential call, special call, callback, pause, reset, confirm, complete, evaluate, transfer to window, transfer to business, etc.;

14Message push and prompt function;

15Has a content security setting function, personnel must enter a password to set key communication parameters of the caller, to prevent non-professionals from mistakenly setting caller parameters.

16The caller has 4 lines of 8 characters, a total of 32 characters with blue background and white text display LCD, beautiful and elegant.

17The caller is powered by +5V (±10%) low voltage power supply, which can be powered by a computer's USB port or a mobile phone charger with a USB A-type port, current <200mA.
